Time Warner Cable president Glenn Britt commented that he doesn't know when usage based internet will come, but that the focus will be on offering lower price tiers for users that are light users and on a budget.“I would say that the right way to look at this and to our way of thinking is that there should be, there should remain an unlimited plan for those who want to buy that,” Britt said. “I think there should always be an unlimited plan.”
